Product Owner (AI)

Location: Remote in Poland

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the Intelligent Authoring product backlog.
• Gather, refine, and document business and technical requirements.
• Write product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate product priorities with Product Management, Regulatory, Professional Services, and Development teams.
• Partner with technical teams on solution design, feasibility, and architecture discussions.
• Validate delivered functionality, support roadmap planning, and contribute to modernization and re-architecture initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a B2B software environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and software architecture concepts.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Professional-level English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into actionable development work.
• Outcome-focused approach and commitment to delivering customer value.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise or on-premises software solutions.
• Experience supporting product modernization or re-architecture programs.
• Exposure to regulated or compliance-focused applications.
• SAP experience or familiarity with SAP environments.
• Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, and documentation.
