What you will do
- Diagnose faults in mechanical equipment and tooling.
- Disassemble, inspect, repair, refurbish, and rebuild equipment to manufacturer standards.
- Test and calibrate equipment after repair.
- Complete workshop documentation and service reports accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment.
- Manage workloads to meet customer deadlines and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in a workshop, manufacturing, maintenance, or engineering environment.
- Strong mechanical assembly and repair skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
- Competence using hand tools and workshop equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
