System Assembly Technician

What you will do

• Assemble vacuum systems and components following engineering specifications and drawings.
• Perform mechanical tasks including bolting, drilling, tapping, and fitting components.
• Execute basic electrical wiring and component connections.
• Conduct system testing, leak checks, and quality inspections using specialized equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to 6S standards.
• Participate in safety training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational degree preferred.
• Less than one year of experience in mechanical, electromechanical, or assembly-related work.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on assembly.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and operate overhead or jib cranes.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• Must be able to work on-site in Export, PA.

Nice to have

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Understanding of electrical wiring and testing procedures.
