Bench Repair Technician

Location: On-site at the Arlington, Texas workshop, Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

What you will do

• Create repair quotes based on customer requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations on hirify.global tools.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical tool issues.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble tools to restore full functionality.
• Order and track parts required to complete repairs.
• Communicate with customers to gather information and provide repair updates.

Requirements

• Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precise, high-quality work.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and improve.
• High school diploma or GED.
