Sr. Analyst, Securities Services

Salary: $47,500–$71,300 USD annually as base pay.

What you will do

• Onboard and set up new mutual fund and collective investment trust accounts through automated platforms and direct fund relationships.
• Process and approve domestic and international wires, retirement distributions, conversions, free deliveries, DWACs, and DRS transactions.
• Review, initiate, and monitor incoming account transfers, asset movements, account restructures, exchange funds, and stock movements.
• Work with clients, relationship managers, record-keepers, internal partners, external funds, and registered representatives to resolve operational requests.
• Pilot and test new products and systems, identify process improvements, and support operational projects.
• Coach and develop junior partners as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of industry experience.
• Knowledge of 401(k) plans, retirement planning, mutual funds, NSCC, fund of funds, and exchange funds.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures and complete time-critical work accurately under pressure.
• Strong analytical, communication, judgment, and attention-to-detail skills, including appropriate escalation of exceptions.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
