Sr Personal Banker (Banking)

What you will do

• Provide in-person, telephone, and email support across a full range of banking products and services.
• Open, close, maintain, and service client accounts, including processing wires and fund transfers.
• Prepare client materials and reports, maintain accurate records, and research and resolve client issues.
• Identify client needs, provide holistic relationship advice, and support cross-selling of banking services.
• Follow banking, risk management, compliance, and operational procedures while escalating concerns appropriately.
• Mentor Personal Bankers, share deposit expertise, and support training and process improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of banking operations, products, services, federal regulations, and banking guidelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing conflicting priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
