Senior Personal Banker

Location: Coral Gables, Florida, United States; onsite banking role

What you will do

• Maintain assigned client relationships, identify client needs, and provide holistic banking guidance.
• Process wires and fund transfers, open and close accounts, maintain account records, image documents, and research client issues.
• Handle cash transactions, paying and receiving activities, daily balancing, and safe deposit box servicing where available.
• Set up client accounts and services, review documentation, and resolve deficiencies.
• Follow banking operations, risk management, and compliance procedures while escalating issues appropriately.
• Monitor banking reports, assist with audits, stay current on products and systems, and mentor or train other Personal Bankers.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related banking experience.
• Knowledge of banking operations, products, services, federal regulations, and banking guidelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing competing priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
