Senior Personal Banker

What you will do

• Maintain assigned client relationships, provide holistic advice, identify client needs, and cross-sell relevant banking products and services.
• Process wires and fund transfers, open and close accounts, maintain accurate records, image documents, and research client issues.
• Handle paying and receiving activities, cash transactions, daily balancing, and safe deposit box servicing where available.
• Set up client accounts and services, review deposit account documentation, and resolve deficiencies.
• Monitor banking reports, support audits, and collaborate with relationship management and client servicing teams.
• Share deposit banking expertise, train colleagues, and mentor fellow Personal Bankers.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related experience in banking operations, products, or services.
• Knowledge of federal regulations, banking guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing conflicting priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Employment-based visa sponsorship is not available, including for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, and CPT status.
