Intercompany Accountant

What you will do

• Design and run the monthly intercompany reconciliation process across nine group entities.
• Prepare intercompany elimination entries for consolidation and maintain a complete audit trail.
• Manage intragroup invoicing for management fees, cost recharges, and stock recharges.
• Support the operational transfer pricing framework and ensure transactions follow group policy.
• Automate intercompany reconciliation and invoicing workflows in Odoo.
• Provide transitional bookkeeping support for subsidiaries in the US, UK, UAE, and Morocco.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of accounting experience with significant exposure to intercompany transactions and multi-entity environments.
• Experience in an international group or audit/accounting firm managing multi-entity engagements.
• Strong expertise in intercompany reconciliations and consolidation elimination mechanics.
• Good knowledge of French GAAP; familiarity with US GAAP or IFRS is a plus.
• Understanding of operational transfer pricing, Excel, reconciliation tools, and large data volumes.
• Fluent English is mandatory; the role is based on-site in Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Industrial-sector experience, including inventory flows, CAPEX, or WIP.
• Familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of VAT regulations for intragroup and cross-border transactions.
