Salary: $147,050–$230,850 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Architect IOMMU usage for device memory access, virtualization, and isolation.
• Define memory address translation strategies across CPU, GPU, and NPU compute engines.
• Enable hypervisor-based memory steering and optimize DMA, shared buffers, and coherency models.
• Design security and isolation approaches for multi-tenant and enterprise workloads.
• Develop organization-wide electrical hardware architectures and methodologies across platforms and organizations.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and partners, guide technology integration, and track hardware product performance metrics.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in electrical design, electronic hardware architecture, software tools, or a related field.
• Knowledge of memory design and architecture, computer engineering, hardware architecture, hardware design, and systems design.
• Experience with FPGA, MATLAB, debugging, simulations, schematics, printed circuit boards, and electronics.
• Ability to provide technical leadership, establish functional policies, resolve complex problems, and mentor less-experienced staff.
