FP&A Systems Principal Professional / Data Solutions Architect (AI)

Salary: $138,840–$208,000 per annum, plus eligibility for bonus and equity plans.

What you will do

• Act as the technical authority for data warehousing architecture, design, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
• Lead database solution design for strategic business analytics projects and translate business needs into scalable data structures.
• Design and develop data quality, data dictionary, cataloging, syndication, retention, migration, and service bus capabilities.
• Build integrated security solutions and promote data integration across the enterprise application landscape.
• Provide technical leadership through policy definition, quality-control workflows, change-control standards, and documentation.
• Partner with data science and engineering teams to identify and productionize governed, accurate, and explainable AI-enabled data solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience developing data warehouse solutions for global enterprises.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks, multiple DBMS platforms, and data integration tools.
• Experience integrating SaaS and unstructured data sources, with strong query performance-tuning skills.
• Knowledge of enterprise data architecture, server administration, identity management, storage, indexing, security, data quality, semantic solutions, dictionaries, and cataloging.
• Experience or exposure to AI, ML, or GenAI-enabled data and analytics transformation initiatives.
