Senior Customer Solutions Architect (Graphics & AI)

Annual salary range: $141,910–$232,190 USD

What you will do

• Serve as the central technical contact for customers, ecosystem partners, and internal engineering teams.
• Own end-to-end customer solution architecture and translate it into product requirements.
• Define test vehicles and validation strategies while coordinating schedules and resources.
• Drive technology tradeoff decisions across customer needs, standards, specifications, and execution constraints.
• Represent the customer voice, manage customer dashboards, and collaborate with execution teams.
• Identify critical technologies for future products and influence technology roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of industry experience, or a relevant master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with graphics hardware, software, architecture, or platform enablement.
• Experience with AI software technologies and the interaction between AI workloads and underlying hardware or compute platforms.
• Direct experience working with customers or ecosystem partners in a technical, architecture, engineering, or solution-development capacity.
• Strong technical judgment, customer focus, communication, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Graphics, compute, AI, SoC, or system architecture experience across hardware, firmware, software, and functional domains.
• PC or board design, system thermals, plug-and-play technologies, and PC subsystem knowledge.
• Experience with LLMs, VLMs, AI agents, tool use, agentic workflows, and inference frameworks.
• Experience with GPU/NPU acceleration, media processing, video codecs, and system performance optimization.
