SAP HCM Consultant (SAP)

TL;DR

SAP HCM Consultant (SAP HCM): Implementing and operating SAP HCM solutions for international customers within the Deutsche Telekom Group with an accent on payroll accounting, time management, and organizational management. Focus on SAP H4S4 migrations, personnel cost planning, and integrating HCM with FI/CO systems.

Location: Remote with approximately once per quarter presence in HQ in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

• Advise customers on SAP HCM implementation and operation, from initial analysis to requirements management.
• Lead projects focused on SAP administration, payroll accounting, and time management, including integration into FI/CO.
• Develop and maintain SAP organizational management and personnel cost planning simulations.
• Execute SAP HCM migrations and implement customer presentations and workshops.
• Provide Application Management for SAP HCM customers.
• Conduct training courses for sub-modules PA, PT, PY, PD, PKP, and OM.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an SAP HCM or SAP H4S4 Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules PA and PY, and experience in SAP Application Management or H4S4 implementation.
• Proficiency in personnel cost planning and SAP HCM integration into SAP Finance.
• English: B2+ level required.
• German: B2+ level required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland or be able to visit the Warsaw HQ quarterly.
• Willingness to travel and undertake longer stays abroad.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN) and DevOps tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate and S/4HANA migration approaches.
