Branch Manager III (Banking)

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution to drive branch growth, sales, revenue, market share, and business development.
• Manage relationships with consumer and business clients and identify appropriate banking solutions through discovery conversations.
• Coach the team to deliver proactive, technology-enabled, omnichannel customer experiences.
• Build and develop a high-performing branch team through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Review business results and pipeline activity with internal partners and support community involvement.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales practice, and regulatory risks.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor's degree, or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience; operations or production environments typically require 2 years of prior management experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, prospecting, customer experience, and people management.
• Ability to understand balance sheets and income statements and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Additional background checks are required, and employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
