Manager, Business Intelligence & Data Integrity - Insurance (Power BI/Data Governance): Leading enterprise reporting, analytics, data governance, and operational performance initiatives across insurance operations with an accent on Power BI development, data integrity, and KPI standardization. Focus on building scalable dashboards, resolving data quality issues, managing cross-functional delivery, and leading operations managers toward data-driven performance improvements.

What you will do
- Lead Operations Managers and/or Business Managers while establishing accountability for service delivery, KPIs, reporting discipline, and data ownership.
- Translate operational objectives into measurable KPIs, dashboards, management routines, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead BI, reporting, and data governance projects from scope definition through delivery, including timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and change management.
- Design and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, scorecards, automated reports, advanced data models, and executive analytics.
- Integrate data from SQL databases, Excel, CRM, ERP, workforce management systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Establish data integrity controls, data lineage, validation workflows, audits, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis for reporting discrepancies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience and 5+ years of advanced Power BI development and enterprise reporting experience.
- Experience leading managers and operational teams, including cross-functional enterprise reporting transformations.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Service, DAX, Power Query, SQL, ETL/ELT concepts, and data modeling.
- Strong knowledge of data integrity, governance frameworks, audit controls, KPI standardization, and operational analytics.
Nice to have
- PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or Data Governance certification.
- Experience with call center, workforce management, finance, operational analytics, or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of Azure, Snowflake, SQL Server, Databricks, modern cloud data platforms, Power Automate, or data quality monitoring tools.
