Business Intelligence Senior Analyst

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and data models.
• Build scalable reporting solutions with Power Query, DAX, data relationships, measures, and visualization best practices.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, define KPIs, document metric logic, and translate business needs into BI solutions.
• Connect, transform, validate, and troubleshoot data from SharePoint, Excel, Salesforce, SQL databases, Snowflake, Dataverse, and other Power Platform tools.
• Administer Power BI Service, including workspaces, app publishing, scheduled refreshes, access management, dataset issue resolution, and report distribution.
• Resolve data quality issues, refresh failures, report discrepancies, and performance concerns while improving governance, automation, and BI adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of data analysis experience.
• At least four years of related experience with data analysis tools and techniques, software requirements, test specifications, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, as well as SQL and Snowflake.
• Strong Power BI experience, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, dashboard design, publishing, refresh management, and Power BI Service.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience building operational, sales, financial, or performance management reports.
• Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, Snowflake, SQL, Excel datasets, Dataverse, or other enterprise data sources.
• Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, or Fabric certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, PL-900, or DP-600.
