Compliance Reporting Data Analyst II

Location: Hybrid, based in Fort Worth, Texas or Detroit, Michigan, United States; two days per week in the office

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance compliance dashboards, reports, executive reporting materials, and ad hoc analyses.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics covering compliance activities, risks, controls, regulatory obligations, and program effectiveness.
• Gather requirements from compliance leaders and business stakeholders and translate them into reporting and analytical solutions.
• Maintain data quality controls, databases, data models, mappings, reporting repositories, and GRC reporting tools.
• Analyze data to identify trends, emerging risks, performance gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation, standardization, business intelligence tools, documentation, and collaboration with technology teams and data owners.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports with Power BI, and working with Power Query, DAX, SQL, SAS, data modeling, and data transformation.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, reporting controls, and reporting lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer compliance, quantitative methods, or business reporting metrics.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience designing intuitive dashboards with strong data visualization and user experience principles.
