Senior Paid Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote, but candidates must be based in Portugal and possess a valid EU visa. The position does not offer relocation assistance.

Salary: €41,300–€64,901 per year, including base, variable compensation, and equity.

What you will do

• Plan, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and additional channels.
• Build AI-generated static and video advertising creative and iterate quickly based on performance.
• Manage campaign calendars, budgets, reporting, and structured tests across US and international markets.
• Improve paid-funnel conversion rates through landing-page optimization and stronger ad-to-page relevance.
• Collaborate with Design, Tech, Clinical, Product, and other teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Present performance and strategy to senior stakeholders and manage reporting for ROAS, CAC, and CVR.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of paid acquisition experience across Meta and Google; LinkedIn experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ownership of budgets and performance targets, preferably in B2C or B2B2C environments.
• Hands-on experience creating AI-powered video and static advertising visuals at scale, with examples of previous work.
• Proficiency with Excel or Sheets, PowerPoint or Slides, and native paid-platform reporting tools.
• Experience presenting decisions and performance directly to senior stakeholders or leadership.
• Native-level written and spoken English is required; candidates must be based in Portugal and hold a valid EU visa.
