Senior PPC Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Own and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Manage and optimize a global paid media budget of more than €3M annually.
• Connect campaign performance with CAC, ROAS, LTV, free-to-paid conversion, and revenue.
• Adapt paid acquisition strategies to international markets, considering local awareness, search demand, and user behavior.
• Build and run structured tests across creatives, bidding, landing pages, and onboarding flows with Brand, CRO, Analytics, and Product teams.
• Use AI and automation to accelerate testing and optimization workflows.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads and practical knowledge of paid social and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience managing complex, multi-market advertising accounts.
• Understanding of acquisition funnels in SaaS or freemium business models.
• Ability to analyze data, identify growth barriers and opportunities, and present clear solutions to stakeholders.
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, run structured experiments, and scale successful results.
• Fluent English and readiness to collaborate with international colleagues in a matrix environment.
