Personal Banker

Location: Fully onsite in North Plains, Oregon at 10355 NW Glencoe Road, North Plains, OR 97133.

Salary: $19.00–$26.00 per hour, with possible performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Deliver prompt, proactive client service and resolve client issues with strong follow-through.
• Identify client needs through financial reviews and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Open consumer and business accounts for new and existing clients.
• Uncover and originate consumer lending opportunities while developing lending skills.
• Build and expand consumer and business client relationships and refer needs to internal banking partners.
• Support Client Service Specialists and perform teller functions, including cash transactions, when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of teller or other banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business banking products and services.
• Ability to handle cash accurately, balance accounts and drawers, and perform accurate calculations.
• Ability to develop client relationships and identify new and expanded business opportunities.
• Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) license preferred.
