Electrical Assembly Technician (Aerospace)

Location: Stratford, Ontario, Canada; onsite at the Stratford facility

Salary: $27.85 CAD per hour

What you will do

• Assemble and test precision electro-mechanical devices according to drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
• Interpret mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions.
• Set up and operate tooling, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Translate engineering and production documentation into accurate, high-quality assembled products.
• Perform testing and verification to confirm quality and performance requirements.
• Identify and communicate assembly, testing, or documentation issues while supporting production and quality objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum two-year college technician certificate or equivalent technical education.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
• Knowledge of electro-mechanical assembly and testing principles.
• Experience with tooling, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
