Healthcare Portfolio Manager (Banking)

Location: Fully onsite in Lake Oswego, Oregon, at 5885 Meadows Road, Suite 400.

Salary: $89,000–$160,000 annually, with possible performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage or assist with a predetermined portfolio of existing healthcare client relationships.
• Underwrite new credit requests, including more complex loans with limited assistance.
• Process renewals and modifications, monitor financial performance, maintain covenant compliance, and complete quarterly risk ratings.
• Prepare financial spreads, term sheets, commitment letters, documentation, closings, and term loan reviews.
• Maintain accurate loan files, perfect the Bank’s security interest in collateral, and ensure timely credit processing.
• Support Relationship Managers, deepen client relationships, and communicate with clients and referral sources.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant industry work experience.
• Experience managing a loan portfolio.
• Strong understanding of complex accounting literature, regulations, accounting practice, and theory.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, project management, leadership, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Effective teamwork and relationship-building abilities.

Nice to have

• Three years of previous portfolio management experience.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or training others.
