US Commercial Channel Business Planner

Salary: $105,050–$161,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Own sales forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis.
• Design and deploy sales coverage, quota, and compensation plans.
• Build financial models, analytics, dashboards, and reporting from multiple data sources.
• Conduct market and competitor research, including customer and partner trend analysis.
• Partner with sales, product category, and cross-functional teams to develop business plans and measure performance.
• Recommend go-forward plans by evaluating risks, returns, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking, data manipulation, statistical analysis, and financial modeling skills.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and communicate concise findings to senior sales leaders.
• Strong verbal and written communication, business acumen, and project and process management skills.
