Regional Planner

Location: Hybrid, with an expectation of working an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office

What you will do

• Manage complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and recommendations.
• Build statistical and financial models to forecast business performance.
• Define performance metrics, compare actual results with forecasts, and identify performance gaps.
• Manage time-sensitive market research projects and synthesize trends, risks, returns, and next steps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders across business planning activities.
• Identify analytical tools, models, and methods to support key business decisions.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or a related area.
• First-level university degree.
• Knowledge of research methodology and experience managing complex data requests.
• Strong analytical thinking, data manipulation, Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication, project management, relationship management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to identify and summarize relevant trends from market and industry data.
