Manager, Supply Chain

What you will do

• Manage regional demand and supply planning across a multi-site manufacturing network.
• Lead purchasing strategy across multinational teams of buyers and suppliers.
• Implement the full SIOP process and governance framework.
• Develop 12-month supply plans aligned with global requirements and analyze production risks and opportunities.
• Monitor schedule adherence, lead root-cause analysis for plan misses, and ensure material availability and capacity alignment.
• Coach planning teams, build cross-functional stakeholder relationships, provide leadership reports, and support global supply chain standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in purchasing, supply planning, production planning, or materials management in a regulated environment.
• Experience leading teams in a global matrix organization; EMEA supply chain experience is preferred.
• Proven experience implementing SIOP and supply planning strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP and planning platforms such as Kinaxis, Oracle, SAP, or Anaplan.
• Native French and fluent English are required.
