What you will do

• Manage and coordinate IT project delivery for store openings, infrastructure (IT4IT), and integration tracks.
• Drive standardization and life cycle management across 150+ locations in the EMEA North region.
• Ensure delivery according to plan while maintaining strict control over the project process.
• Contribute to and embed the hirify.global/HMSHost project way-of-working and coach team members.
• Interact with local stakeholders, landlords, and external parties involved in project execution.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain comprehensive project administration.

Requirements

• Higher technical education (Bachelor's degree).
• Active Prince2 or equivalent project management certification.
• Active Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification.
• Proven experience in project management, Agile methodologies, and sprint planning.
• Good communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office.

Nice to have

• Project delivery experience within retail organizations and 3rd party controlled environments.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers regarding financials and terms and conditions.
• Knowledge and experience with PCI-DSS, ISO27001/2, or NIST-CSF frameworks.
