Senior IT Business Analyst

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and align business requirements with organizational goals.
• Create and maintain BRDs, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, BPMN diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams to clarify project scope and objectives.
• Support project planning by helping define scopes, timelines, deliverables, and requirements-related risks.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Support testing phases, including UAT and validation that deliverables meet business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst on web and software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and requirements documentation.
• Experience creating and managing BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms.
• Ability to create BPMN diagrams and use wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Professional-level English, strong communication skills, independent remote-work capability, and excellent time management.
