Transformation Consultant, Organisational Change Management SME (SAP)

Location: Macquarie Park, NSW, Australia; Sydney-based with regular client engagement on-site.

What you will do

• Lead Organisational Change Management across large-scale business and technology transformation programmes, including SAP-enabled initiatives.
• Design enterprise change strategies, adoption roadmaps, organisational readiness plans, governance frameworks, change metrics, and adoption dashboards.
• Partner with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders to define outcomes, assess readiness, manage adoption risks, and connect change outcomes to business value.
• Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, business readiness, and adoption activities.
• Coach executive leaders and change champions, identify organisational risks and resistance, and embed sustainable change capability.
• Collaborate with consulting, technology, delivery, and SAP implementation teams while contributing to business development, thought leadership, and consultant mentoring.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading Organisational Change Management within complex business and technology transformation programmes.
• Demonstrated experience delivering change for large-scale SAP transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and advise executive stakeholders through complex organisational change.
• Deep expertise in enterprise change strategy, stakeholder engagement, organisational readiness, communications, learning, and adoption.
• Experience designing enterprise change governance, impact assessment, and benefits realisation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of organisational behaviour, change adoption, and human-centred transformation approaches.
• Experience working alongside technology delivery teams across ERP, digital, platform, or enterprise modernisation programmes.
• Excellent consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with credibility at executive level.
• Commercial mindset and ability to connect change outcomes to measurable business value.
• Based in Sydney and able to regularly engage with clients on-site.

Nice to have

• Experience in mining, resources, energy, utilities, financial services, or other complex, regulated industries.
• Experience working alongside global SAP implementation partners.
• Prosci, APMG, or equivalent Change Management certification.
• Experience contributing to consulting practice development, business development, and thought leadership.
• Exposure to human-centred design, experience design, or employee experience approaches.
