Global Compliance Training Program Manager (AI)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $115,000–$140,000 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States candidates.

What you will do

• Lead the global compliance training portfolio and manage campaigns from needs assessment and solution design through implementation, tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Develop learning strategies for compliance programs affecting multiple business units and coordinate cross-organizational project teams.
• Manage stakeholders, timelines, budgets, deliverable quality, learner experience, accessibility, and program outcomes.
• Oversee vendors, contracting, procurement, cost controls, issue resolution, and vendor performance.
• Manage compliance learning assignments, completion tracking, data accuracy, reporting, and support requests in the hirify.global Learning Management System.
• Develop Kirkpatrick-based evaluation strategies and implement AI-enabled workflows using tools such as Copilot and Power Automate.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Learning and Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience in consulting, training design, facilitation, project management, or learning technologies.
• Knowledge of compliance, integrity, global trade, privacy, and cybersecurity topics.
• Experience with adult learning, instructional design, content development, blended learning, training evaluation, and learning management systems.
• Project management, stakeholder management, change management, data analysis, and business or financial acumen.
• Experience with accessibility requirements, Agile methodology, Articulate Rise or Storyline, Excel, Power BI, AI tools, and Power Automate.

Nice to have

• Consulting, training facilitation, or learning technology experience.
• Experience developing innovative approaches to employee learning and development.
