Senior Relationship Manager, Equipment Finance

Location: Remote, USA; listed location: Clanton, Alabama, United States. Territory: Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.

Salary: $107,500–$179,100 annual (USD), with the specific range varying by location and experience.

What you will do

• Manage existing equipment-finance relationships and communicate with customers to address their financing needs.
• Originate new financing opportunities through the existing customer base, bid letters, and publicly funded project awards.
• Assess customer experience, financial condition, collateral, and individual financing requirements.
• Use industry intelligence from sureties, suppliers, vendors, and public data sources to support business growth and address potential delinquencies.
• Support sales training through meetings, conference calls, trade shows, and one-on-one calls.
• Represent the organization in the marketplace and collaborate with management and support teams to develop new business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant work experience, or 11 years of combined higher education and work experience including at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to follow risk, regulatory, and internal control standards and escalate risk-related issues when needed.
• Ability to work remotely from the USA.
