Senior Relationship Manager, Equipment Finance (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage existing equipment finance relationships with senior management and address customer financing needs.
• Originate new financing opportunities through the existing customer base, bid letters, and publicly funded project awards.
• Assess customer experience, financial condition, collateral, and financing requirements.
• Use industry intelligence from sureties, suppliers, and vendors to identify and resolve potential delinquencies.
• Support sales training through meetings, calls, tradeshows, and one-on-one sessions.
• Represent the organization in the marketplace while identifying new business opportunities and escalating risk-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, or 11 years of combined higher education and work experience including at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to follow risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.
• Ability to work remotely from the USA and support the Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama territory.

Nice to have

• Prior credit underwriting experience.
