Treasury Analyst (Global Treasury Settlement Operations)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Foster City, California office; at least 3 days per week in the office. The role may require periodic work from home for business resumption testing and includes 5–10% travel.

Salary: $104,900–$163,000 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Set up new and modified funds transfer arrangements and execute settlement payment instructions within agreed service levels.
• Investigate settlement issues, analyze root causes, maintain issue logs, assign action items, and escalate matters appropriately.
• Support hirify.global Direct Payouts, hirify.global B2B Connect, hirify.global Payments Limited, hirify.global International Settlement Service, and Treasury as a Service functions.
• Generate reports, research transaction data, identify trends, provide management information, and make recommendations.
• Participate in business analysis, strategic initiatives, process improvements, and business and systems enhancement projects.
• Prepare documentation, business requirements, use cases, user acceptance test scripts, presentations, training materials, and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or an advanced degree.
• Ability to conduct business in English is required.
• Knowledge of payment-system transaction flows, transaction data, routing, reconciliation, settlement funds transfers, and related operational processes.
• Understanding of operational, liquidity, and credit risk, bank account management, general ledger, controls, and audit requirements.
• Strong analytical, written, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to work independently across cultures and time zones.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or more than two years with an advanced degree.
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
