Salary: $160,000–$240,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with engineering leadership to ensure systems engineering tools and processes balance development speed with appropriate technical rigor.
• Create, roll out, streamline, and retire processes to support the launch ramp and long-term scalability.
• Manage engineers responsible for systems engineering processes and subsystem- and component-level risk reduction.
• Review requirements and verification activities to ensure risks are addressed before stage testing.
• Capture subsystem test objectives and align affected teams on execution plans.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical review to improve process use and reduce technical risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of technical experience in systems engineering, system definition, design and development, architecture, integration, and/or test and evaluation.
• Full product lifecycle experience on at least one program, from concept through production or operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing needs and requirements.
