TL;DR
Director, Mission Engineering & Management (Aerospace): Owns program and mission execution for a constellation-ready 15kW spacecraft bus, including requirements, budgets, schedules, customer payloads, and launch campaigns with an accent on multi-satellite delivery and system-level coordination. Focus on closing mass, power, data, and link budgets, negotiating payload interfaces and launch contracts, planning facility readiness, and scaling the mission architecture toward hundreds of spacecraft per year.

Location: Long Beach, California, United States; onsite. The role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information, so the successful candidate must be a U.S. person or otherwise eligible for deemed export licensing.

Salary: $188,600–$267,720 USD per year.
