Senior Frontend Developer (Cybersecurity)

Location: On-site in Arlington, VA or New York, NY. Limited to U.S. citizens due to government contract requirements.

Salary: $159,000 – $195,000 base salary.

What you will do

• Build sophisticated React/TypeScript features and components that operate reliably at scale.
• Implement real-time UI experiences for complex cyber operation data, optimizing for speed and clarity.
• Contribute to frontend architecture and design decisions alongside cross-functional partners.
• Build and maintain interactive visualization components such as graphs, timelines, and streaming views.
• Write and maintain automated tests across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers.
• Identify and address performance issues, technical debt, and reliability gaps proactively.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional frontend software development experience.
• Strong, production-tested expertise in React.js and TypeScript.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to government contract and security requirements.
• Solid command of modern web fundamentals including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience building and shipping features for performance at scale.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and modern build tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex data visualization libraries like D3.js or Chart.js.
• Exposure to graph databases or graph query patterns like Neo4j.
• Experience with real-time streaming data and live system visualization.
• Background in defense, security, or mission-critical domains.
• Experience building UI experiences that surface AI/ML outputs.
