What you will do
- Manage accurate local books and records for APAC subsidiaries in Singapore, the Philippines, and Australia.
- Lead statutory financial reporting across the APAC region and serve as the primary contact for audit firms.
- Prepare and analyze management accounts, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and contribute to group reporting.
- Manage local bank accounts, payments, and invoice processes for the global accounts payable function.
- Prepare sales tax returns and documentation, and support local tax reporting and filing.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects involving Operations, IT, and HR, including ERP implementation and financial process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification such as CPA or ACCA.
- Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Experience with local and international financial regulations and financial operations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and statutory requirements in the Philippines and Singapore; Australian knowledge is desirable.
- Proficiency with financial management software, ERP systems, and Excel, alongside strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
