Financial Reporting Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid work from the Syston, Leicester office, United Kingdom (LE7 1PL)

What you will do

• Prepare regulatory, statutory, and annual financial reporting for the UK and Ireland business units.
• Lead the closure of the annual accounts process and production of financial statements.
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors on year-end schedules and audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and US GAAP and provide technical advice on accounting treatments.
• Coordinate the month-end closing process for European entities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Essential audit experience.
• ACA or ACCA qualification.
• Detailed technical understanding of IFRS and US GAAP, with the ability to apply them to local circumstances.
• Strong organisation, communication, interpersonal, and workload-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, flexibly when required, and meet tight deadlines.
