Technical Program Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Structure and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Product, Design, and other stakeholders from design through launch.
• Design tracking, reporting, and escalation systems that surface program progress and risk.
• Build predictable, consistent launch-readiness processes across participating teams.
• Map dependencies, identify bottlenecks, develop resolution options, and communicate trade-offs.
• Maintain transparency into program goals, commitments, risks, and delivery quality through clear written communication.
• Coordinate delivery and hold teams accountable for outcomes without direct reporting authority.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program management experience in software, SaaS, or systems development environments.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-team software delivery programs.
• Experience operating in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
• Strong technical fluency, including the ability to identify risks in plans and discuss architecture and dependencies with senior engineers.
• Experience using Linear, Jira, or equivalent tools at scale.
