Senior Product Manager (Marketplace) (eCommerce)

hirify.global is a large global public company building high-tech commerce services and a scalable marketplace platform for sellers in South Korea and Asia.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for a marketplace business function.
• Manage seller lifecycle areas including seller acquisition, product listings, orders, and shipments.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from inception through launch, including product requirements, use cases, success metrics, and A/B testing.
• Identify revenue opportunities by reducing friction across the customer and seller experience.
• Represent customer and seller needs to stakeholders and establish partnerships with UX, development, Customer Support, and business teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience, including developing and executing product vision.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven, ambiguous environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
• Sound business judgment and strong communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent English and Korean.

Nice to have

• Experience launching consumer-facing products.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in eCommerce or B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Agile or Lean practices and software development.
