Product Manager (Cross-Border), Marketplace

What you will do

• Conduct market, user, and competitor research and translate findings into BRDs, PRDs, product strategies, and roadmaps.
• Define feature priorities, design prototypes and functional modules, and coordinate requirements with R&D.
• Manage testing, acceptance, and scheduled product launches while ensuring features meet business and user needs.
• Monitor user behavior, operational metrics, feedback, and competitor activity to drive product iteration and optimization.
• Collaborate with operations, R&D, and marketing teams to integrate resources, resolve delivery issues, and support commercialization.
• Develop pricing and promotion strategies, track commercial metrics and technology trends, and build the product ecosystem.

Requirements

• Experience in product planning, requirements analysis, product design, and development implementation.
• Ability to use user, operational, and market data to guide product decisions and iteration.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage product delivery through launch.
• Understanding of commercialization strategy, pricing, promotion, and marketplace product metrics.
