What you will do

• Own the end-to-end digital prescription journey from capture through checkout.
• Drive product strategy using customer insights, analytics, and A/B testing.
• Identify and implement AI-driven features to enhance personalization and basket growth.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Pharmacy, Legal, and Data teams to deliver compliant solutions.
• Define and track measurable outcomes focused on conversion and Rx order growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in eCommerce, marketplaces, or consumer tech.
• Proven ability to thrive in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong expertise in product analytics, experimentation, and conversion optimization.
• Practical experience with AI tools to accelerate discovery and delivery.
• Must be based in or able to work from the EU.

• Experience within healthcare, pharmacy, or other highly regulated industries.
