Senior Product Manager (Marketplace)

What you will do

• Own the delivery experience product roadmap across the UK, Germany, France, and Benelux.
• Define product strategy across FBJ logistics, seller fulfilment tooling, and customer-facing delivery promises.
• Improve delivery speed, reliability, fulfilment compliance, customer satisfaction, repeat purchase, and cost-to-serve.
• Partner with logistics, engineering, seller operations, commercial teams, and global stakeholders to deliver product features.
• Lead cross-functional roadmap planning, requirements definition, prioritisation, and end-to-end execution.
• Establish regular performance reviews using delivery metrics and KPIs including FBJ adoption, on-time delivery rate, and cost-to-serve per order.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce, marketplaces, logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain technology.
• Strong understanding of last-mile delivery, fulfilment operations, seller logistics, and customer delivery experience.
• Experience defining product strategy, prioritising roadmaps, and delivering customer-facing features with measurable impact.
• Ability to analyse complex operational and product data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, operations, logistics, and commercial teams in cross-functional environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience influencing senior leaders across international organisations.
