Project Manager (Energy)

Location: Singapore, Central Singapore; hybrid working with approximately 70% office-based work and 30% site-based work during overhauls, upgrades, and commissioning. Business travel is required.

What you will do

• Plan and execute assigned projects across cross-border project teams.
• Support project results, including P&L, quality, timelines, budgets, and functionality.
• Coordinate communication with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage reporting on contract performance, financials, delays, risks, and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement, risk management, and training for internal teams and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering.
• Approximately 3–6 years of relevant project or service business experience.
• Experience with successful project execution and exposure to contracts management for gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, or compressors.
• Customer-focused approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of commercial practices, business volume, and Environment, Quality, Health, and Safety practices.
