Software Developer (Microsoft Stack)

What you will do

• Develop, test, maintain, and support applications, components, integrations, web applications, and services.
• Work with colleagues across the firm to translate operational problems into practical technical solutions.
• Build automated processes and reduce repetitive manual work.
• Investigate and resolve live application issues, including work on legacy systems and rewrites.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, planning, releases, and secure-by-design practices.
• Share knowledge and take ownership across the full development lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in software development, application support, or a related technical role.
• Working knowledge of one or more of Python, Java, C/C++, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Experience with databases and data-driven applications.
• Familiarity with APIs, HTML, CSS, web technologies, and application integration.
• Exposure to source control and testing; DevOps or CI/CD experience is desirable.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues, plus a methodical and ownership-led approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in professional services or supporting internal users rather than external product customers.
• Interest in automation, AI, or low-code tools.
