Location: London, Montreal, Singapore, or Warsaw

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, performant software solutions.
- Build company-wide productivity tools, frameworks, and platforms for investment and technology teams.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features.
- Write clean, documented, and testable Python code.
- Participate in code reviews and improve code quality and development processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and stay current with Python technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in high-performance Python and its ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and experience with distributed architectures.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience working in Linux environments and using version control.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with a JVM-based language such as Java, Kotlin, or Scala.
