Intern Software Developer (Python/C++)

Location: London, United Kingdom. The internship is available throughout the year, with a minimum duration of 12 weeks.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver custom software solutions for complex business and technology problems.
• Work closely with experienced engineers and mentors on a project with visible business impact.
• Build software and infrastructure used to support active trading operations.
• Complete independent programming projects in Python or C++.
• Gain exposure to software development across data engineering, risk, market data, quantitative development, and frontend teams.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or an equivalent field.
• Currently in the penultimate year of study.
• Knowledge of one or more of Python, C++, Java, Rust, or C.
• Knowledge of Unix systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a deep passion for technology.
