Social Media Specialist with Graphic Design Specialist (Healthtech)

Location: Permanent work from home with a schedule of 2:00 to 6:00 pm Singapore Time, Monday to Friday.

hirify.global is hiring for a Singapore-based health technology company developing a clinically validated digital cognitive assessment for partner clinics in Singapore and Malaysia, with planned Southeast Asia expansion.

What you will do

• Plan and manage the organic content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Clip and edit podcast and YouTube episodes into engaging short-form videos.
• Design graphics, carousels, and other visual content using Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent tools.
• Write accessible, relatable captions and copy about brain health.
• Develop and execute an awareness campaign for World Alzheimer's Month, including interactive quizzes.
• Monitor engagement and performance, iterate on effective content, and direct audiences to the free online cognitive test.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in content and video editing together with social media management.
• Proven experience creating organic social media content, preferably in health, wellness, or medical sectors, with a portfolio.
• Strong short-form video editing and graphic design skills.
• Demonstrated ability to grow engagement organically, including viral or high-reach content examples.
• Sound judgment regarding health-content sensitivities and the distinction between education and medical advice.
• Excellent written English and familiarity with Southeast Asian audiences are required or advantageous respectively.
