Budding Marketing Specialist

What you will do

• Support marketing campaigns across social, email, website, in-app, offline, and partnership channels.
• Manage social media calendars, captions, community conversations, engagement monitoring, and user community-building activities.
• Create and coordinate copy and visual assets for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and in-app content.
• Coordinate influencer, creator, partnership, event, and offline activation activities, including deliverables, vendors, logistics, and on-ground execution.
• Conduct competitor and trend research, identify relevant cultural moments, and prepare reports on campaign, social, influencer, and other marketing KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Customer Support, and regional teams on marketing initiatives and complete related tasks for the Marketing Lead.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns, social calendars, creator coordination, and multiple workstreams.
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and social scheduling or advertising tools such as Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Working knowledge of Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Mailchimp, WordPress, and community platforms such as Telegram or WhatsApp.
• Strong creative storytelling skills with the ability to produce visually engaging, trend-aware content.
• Organised, detail-oriented, reliable, collaborative, proactive, and willing to learn and experiment with new tools.
