Focus on troubleshooting technical problems, patching and maintaining databases, managing virtual infrastructure, and ensuring secure cloud configurations.

Onsite in Sterling, VA or Remote in VA. TS/SCI with Polygraph required Day 1.

What you will do

• Support cloud infrastructure in an enterprise environment.
• Patch and maintain systems databases including RDS, MySQL, and Oracle.
• Troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently.
• Implement secure-cloud configurations using CloudTrail, AWS Config, VPC, Security Groups, and IAM.
• Manage configuration with tools like Puppet, Chef, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise workflow applications, analyze logs, and manage background processes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AWS and Linux in production environments
• Experience with Federated Identity, RBAC, authentication & authorization.
• Knowledge of security technologies like NGFW, WAF, SIEM, endpoint security.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience creating and managing virtual infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, Hyper-V, or VMware.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
