Software Engineer, L3 Support (.NET) (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Investigate complex production issues across the application stack and identify root causes.
• Drive escalated customer issues through analysis, fix development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop enhancements and product improvements addressing customer-reported problems.
• Support customer upgrades and adapt existing functionality to newer product versions.
• Use diagnostic and profiling tools to resolve performance and stability issues.
• Improve CI/CD, DevOps practices, reliability, scalability, performance, and security.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial .NET software development experience in production.
• Strong C#/.NET knowledge and understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and strong T-SQL skills.
• Experience with troubleshooting, diagnostic, and profiling tools.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, plus familiarity with REST APIs and OData.
• Proficiency with Git or another distributed version control system and experience in Agile or Kanban environments.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Effective use of AI tools for development, debugging, troubleshooting, and productivity.
• Experience with large enterprise systems and legacy environments.
• Client-side development experience.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS or Azure Container Apps, and Helm.
