TL;DR
Software Engineer, Advanced Services (C#): Designing and developing enterprise-grade customized solutions for NICE products with an accent on scalable, secure, multi-user and multi-threaded applications. Focus on service-to-service communication, unit and integration testing, architectural decisions, and performance, scalability, and reliability testing.
Location: Hybrid in Sandy, Utah, USA, with 2 days working from the office and 3 days remotely each week.

What you will do
- Design and develop enterprise-grade technical solutions and customized services for products.
- Deliver software as part of the Advanced Services development team under demanding deadlines.
- Develop unit and integration tests according to organizational standards.
- Contribute to technology and architecture decisions and review designs and code.
- Fix bugs, improve enterprise-grade quality, and act as a subject matter expert across multiple product components.
- Support performance, scalability, reliability testing, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Strong development experience in the Windows ecosystem using Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and WebAPI.
- Knowledge of service-to-service communication using WCF, sockets, and networking protocols.
- Knowledge of AngularJS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Experience developing highly scalable, secure, multi-user, and multi-threaded enterprise applications.
- Very good English and strong written and spoken communication skills; hands-on development experience and telephony experience are required.
